You probably know someone who's had a fall. You may have had a fall. Here's a startling statistic. Every day, 14 people in Australia aged over 65 will die from a fall. 364 will have a fall that puts them in hospital.

Today, the country's leading falls, balance and injury experts are urging governments to commit to co-ordinated action on falls prevention to save lives.
