If you’re in Victoria, looking after an older person, and need advice, support, information, and useful resources, consider joining Carers Victoria. It’s the state-wide voice for family carers - representing them and providing support to people doing the often difficult, undervalued, and unpaid work of caring for relatives or friends. Carers Victoria’s comprehensive website covers carer wellbeing, useful contacts, information and education, and stories and events from around the state. 

Membership is free for individuals and open to carers, former carers, supporters, and Carer Support Groups. As a member you’ll be:

  • invited to events including popular Mingle events, carer workshops, and programs specifically designed for carers.

  • represented in consultations, focus groups, and research to help make real change.

  • informed with the monthly eBulletin ‘The Voice’,  packed with important carer issues, events, and stories.

  • given free digital access to the magazine Australian Carers Guide.

  • rewarded with special member offers including Hoyts movie tickets.
