Languages and services updated in seniors directory

For the first time, the Bayswater City Council (WA) has updated their Service Directory for Older Adults to include other languages in support of their culturally and linguistically diverse community.

According to the 2021 Census, the top three languages after English are Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, and Italian.

The easy-to-navigate resource promotes the support available both within the City and in surrounding areas. Translating the directory into the top three languages is part of the City’s Age Friendly Strategy 2021-2025.
