The Home Care Check-in service assists older people who are experiencing social isolation and loneliness, and are at risk of harm and neglect, to develop social connections in their community.

ARAS' Home Care Check-in Advocates regularly visit and consult with older people, then seek to identify risks and assist with linking them to services and supports before they suffer harm. The service is consent driven and uses a rights-based approach to ensure that older people who are at risk are aware of their options.
