This project was a scoping literature review commissioned by the Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN) - a national network of nine state and territory organisations that deliver advocacy, information, and education services to older people across Australia.
The study explores and consolidates existing research and literature about social policy, prevention, and service responses to elder abuse in rural and remote communities. It aims to generate recommendations about ways in which Australia can better respond to this issue.
