NACAP provides free and confidential advocacy support to older people, their family, and carers.
It also helps aged care service providers to understand their responsibilities and the aged care rights of the people they care for.
NACAP supports older people who receive or are applying for government-subsidised aged care by:
providing advocacy services
helping them to understand and access the aged care system
informing them of their aged care rights
