Anneke Fitzgerald is the Founder and Chair of the Australian Institute for Intergenerational Practice (AIIP) and an Emeritus Professor at Griffith University. With a career spanning leadership, health management, and social innovation, Anneke is a national pioneer in advancing intergenerational practice as a catalyst for social connection, wellbeing, and community resilience. Her work bridges research, policy, and practice to create inclusive environments where young and old thrive together. Through AIIP, she continues to lead collaborations across education, aged care, and design sectors to shape a more connected and compassionate Australia.
