AIIP 5th Annual Conference - register now!

The Australian Institute of Intergenerational Practice (AIIP) and its Annual Conference will mark its fifth year on 20–21 February 2026, hosted at Torrens University in Surry Hills, Sydney.

The event will convene intergenerational practitioners, policymakers, educators, researchers and industry leaders from across Australia and internationally, creating a vibrant space to examine contemporary challenges and future directions in intergenerational practice.

Over two days, participants will engage in inspiring keynote addresses, interactive workshops and insightful panel sessions that support professional development and reflective learning.

Located in the heart of Sydney, AIIP Conference 2026 will provide rich opportunities for networking and collaboration, encouraging meaningful connections across diverse sectors and disciplines.

With an emphasis on the theme; Empowering Generations - Strengthening Communities, the conference seeks to spark new ideas while highlighting high-quality, evidence-informed practice in intergenerational spaces.

Open to both experienced practitioners and those new to the field, AIIP 2026 offers an inclusive and forward-focused program. Both in-person and online attendance options will be available. The Annual AIIP Awards winners will also be announced on Day 1.
