Resolving financial abuse complaints

The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) invites you to join a webinar for community organisations to learn more about how we resolve complaints involving family violence and financial abuse.

We are holding a free webinar, ‘An introduction to AFCA for family violence advocacy services’, exploring some common scenarios we see from victim-survivors.

In this 1-hour session we will cover:

• Family violence and what AFCA is seeing

• How AFCA reviews cases involving family violence

• Case studies
