It’s a free and flexible 3-month program that provides motivation and support to adults aged 50 and over to become more physically active and socially connected.
It may help you integrate more activity into your daily routine, meet new friends, and make more positive changes to your lifestyle.
Choose to Move is not a regular fitness program - ie you do not meet to exercise together. It is also not a structured personal training program. But it does provide motivation and resources to build more physical activity into your daily routine.
If you’re ready to get moving, please register before 31st January to attend Registration Day on Monday 2 February 2026, 12:30–1:30 PM at the Newtown Wellness Centre Hall.
The program begins 9th February 2026 at the same time and place.
