Darryl Morris, 72, believes companies are "weaponising technology" to alienate pensioners and poorer people who might not have a computer or smartphone to be able to get the information they need.
The Geelong resident said because he does not own a computer he feels "discriminated against", especially when he is trying to find information or phone numbers for aged care providers.
