The Biscuit Tin project was developed by Celebrate Ageing in partnership with The Older Women's Network NSW.

Whitehorse City Council has supported the pilot project, with other councils across Australia urged to take it up too. Celebrate Ageing Ltd has developed a ToolKit for Facilitators who want to replicate the project.
