Dying to Know Day, held on August 8th, is about changing the conversation around death and dying in Australia, taking it out of the shadows and into the light.

Now in its thirteenth significant year, the campaign continues to ensure that those who face the end of their lives, have their own wishes and experiences honoured by those who care, including the community within which they live.

Throughout August, you are encouraged to host a Dying to Know Day event which could be anything from a film night to a dinner party, an information stall or a panel discussion.
