On 1 November 2025, the government commenced the new Support at Home Program to replace the Home Care Program. The new program is intended to provide more flexible support for Ageing Australians to live at home for longer. This questionnaire explores your experience of the introduction of the program and your previous experience of the Home Care Program. We will contact you again (if you agree) in 4-6 months time to ask you about your ongoing experience of the new program.
Participation is your choice. You can choose not to participate at any point without penalty or consequence.
Your responses are anonymised and the research is undertaken objectively. The survey will take 5 minutes, it is voluntary, and you can discontinue at any time. The questions are brief and there are no right or wrong answers—please just tell us what you think.
