Bolder features portrait photographs of older people in our community, along with the stories of their lives and perspective on age.

The project aims to challenge stereotypes of age and ageing and highlight the value, wisdom and contribution older people make to our community.

Ageism, age-based discrimination and negative attitudes around age can lead to elder abuse. We all have a part to play in making our community safe and inclusive for everyone and ensuring that older people in our community are respected, valued, seen, heard, and included.
