Older Australians say new aged care reforms will make them 'feel more imprisoned'

The new changes, which came into effect from November 1, fundamentally change the way older Australians pay for residential and out-of-home care.

Several Australians have spoken to the ABC, concerned they will not be able to access the same level of care under the new scheme.

National Seniors Australia is calling on the government to reconsider the co-payments attached to personal care services, like showering and wound dressing.
