When it comes to managing anxiety later in life, there's growing evidence that talking it through can work better than medication - and the numbers back it up.
New research led by Associate Professor Carly Johnco from Macquarie University has found that therapy, particularly cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), may lead to higher recovery rates than medication for people over 60.
