People living with dementia - decision-making survey

Researchers at the University of New South Wales want to better understand how people living with dementia are involved in decision-making about different aspects of their lives.

They are looking for volunteers who have a dementia diagnosis and are living at home or who are primary supporters for a person diagnosed with dementia who is living at home.

These volunteers will be asked to complete a 20-minute online survey.
