Guided by qualified Forest Therapy Guide Meg Bracken, these three-hour nature immersions are based on Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), a gentle and research backed preventative health practice that can reduce stress, boost immunity, enhance mood and create a deeper sense of connection to nature, to others and to yourself.
It’s easy, enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
Each walk offers a slow, mindful experience in the beautiful surrounds of Cooper Park, with simple sensory and creative invitations that anyone can enjoy. No fitness level required, just curiosity and comfortable walking shoes.
