Daily hot meals delivered to your home

The European Meals Program, established by the Federation of Polish Organisations in SA Inc, is designed to support individuals over 65 years old, who face challenges in preparing meals due to age, illness, or disability.

This program provides freshly cooked, hot, ready-to-eat meals delivered directly to clients’ homes Monday to Friday by dedicated volunteers. Each meal includes a soup, main course, salad or vegetables, and dessert, offering both nourishment and comfort.

Federation of Polish Organisations in SA offers four seasonal menus throughout the year, created based on client feedback and made using high-quality ingredients, including fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables. While their menu is inspired by Eastern European cuisine, it is carefully designed to appeal to a wide variety of tastes.

Every week, they deliver approximately 400 meals to their clients, covering around 2,000 kilometres. Their volunteers are the heart of this program- not only do they deliver meals, but many also assist their chef in preparing and packaging the food with care and dedication.

As this is a Commonwealth-funded initiative, you must register through My Aged Care.
