To help combat ageism, the Australian Human Rights Commission has prepared this factsheet to debunk 5 popular ageist myths that employers, and co-workers, have about older workers.

The AHRC presents five, evidence-based arguments that debunk the most common, ageist myths.

It shows how stereotypes based on these myths are perpetuating discrimination and ageism in the workplace, and how they can be busted.
