Released in 2025, this policy paper is the result of a 2023 Roundtable and subsequent discussions with stakeholders in partnerships with government and service organisations.
The NSW Ageing & Disability Commissioner and Relationships Australia NSW convened a Roundtable event in September 2023, bringing together key stakeholders working on the abuse of older people, to review findings from the Hidden Gems report (Wong et al, 2023) and establish an agenda for the future.
The Roundtable and subsequent discussions with further stakeholders form the basis of this Position Paper.
