Restraints in aged care Fact Sheets – in Italian, Greek & Cantonese

Did you know that there is a growing number of multilingual families navigating aged care — many of whom rely on translated information to confidently understand their rights?

To help build greater access and inclusion in aged care, Aged Care Justice has translated key legal fact sheets into Italian, Greek and Cantonese for the Victorian community.

The Fact Sheets will help families, caregivers, and consumers to:

  • Understand what restrictive practices are Learn when they can and cannot be used

  • Know where and how to seek help

  • Scroll down to find translated fact sheets in Italian, Greek or Cantonese

Aged Care Justice is a nonprofit that specialises in providing free resources and legal referrals for aged care recipients and their families.

We invite community lawyers, advocates and healthcare providers to use and share this resource in their work. We hope to secure funding to provide translated fact sheets in other languages in the future.
