Mid North Coast Legal Centre

Mid North Coast CLC provides free legal help for people living between Nabiac and Coffs Harbour, including to older people, especially when financial exploitation may be suspected.

The Mid North Coast Community Legal Centre (MNCCLC) in NSW provides legal advice, advocacy, and education to empower individuals with knowledge of their rights and the ability to resolve their disputes.

Our objectives are to provide legal services to socio-economically disadvantaged residents of MidCoast (Manning Region), Port Macquarie-Hastings, Kempsey, Nambucca, Bellingen and Coffs Harbour. Our offices are in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour.

We want to create a just and fair society through equal access by all members of the community to the legal system.

We want to provide a safe, reliable and accessible legal service to empower and support members of the Mid North Coast community to enable them to access and use the law and legal system to protect and advance their legal rights.

We provide advice in relation to:

  • Discrimination

  • Consumer law

  • Credit and debt law

  • Fines

  • Insurance

  • Employment law

  • Motor Vehicle Accidents

  • Some criminal law

  • Some family law

  • Domestic Violence

  • Traffic law

  • Elder Abuse
