This webinar will share insights from Rayne Stroebel, the Gary Andrews Visiting Fellow, focused on Action Area 2 of the National Dementia Action Plan: Tackle stigma, improve awareness and promote inclusivity.

Professor Stroebel will share his perspective on what it will take to genuinely shift community attitudes toward dementia and create more dementia-inclusive communities. Professor Stroebel will highlight where existing approaches may fall short, and share practical examples of initiatives, models or movements that have successfully reduced stigma, promoted inclusion and enabled people living with dementia to remain connected, valued and engaged in their communities.
