With regional aged care services facing growing workforce challenges and an increasing need to attract skilled workers from overseas, the Forum will provide practical insights, strategies and best practice for building culturally responsive diverse workplaces.
Featuring expert speakers, the event will explore why cultural responsiveness matters, how it can strengthen workforce engagement and retention, and what providers can do to better support multicultural workers.
The Forum will also create opportunities for networking, knowledge-sharing and collaboration across the regional aged care sector.
