This Train the Trainer workshop equips aged care organisations with the knowledge, confidence, and practical resources to support frontline staff to recognise, respond to, and prevent abuse of older people in line with current aged care reforms.
The workshop also includes up-to-date information on the new Aged Care Act, the Statement of Rights, the Code of Conduct, and the Aged Care Quality Standards, supporting providers to meet their regulatory, governance, and workforce obligations.
