It offers free, confidential, legal and social work services to older people to help them deal with harm or neglect by trusted family members or friends.
Of the series, this is the most applicable to family agreements. It talks directly to the older person and begins with a list of examples of common ways older people’s money can be misused. this is followed by a short, bullet point discussion of the different ways things can go wrong and some tips for safeguarding.
