Aged Care Justice

Aged Care Justice strives to promote law reform in the Aged Care sector and to assist aggrieved persons seeking legal redress due to financial, emotional or physical damage suffered in aged-care facilities.

Aged Care Justice (ACJ) is a registered charity supporting Australians living in residential aged care or receiving home care, by providing access to legal services, information resources on aged care rights and lobbying for sector reform.

If you or your loved one are experiencing an issue with your aged care provider, in residential care or home care, ACJ can connect you with a lawyer for a free legal consultation to explore your rights and options.

Call (03) 9016 3248, or email info@agedcarejustice.org.au, or fill in the Get Help Form
